Holidays
Once more the wheel of time turns round and we rappidly approach the end of antoher year.
Ill say this one has been undoubtedly better than last at least for me, and my life has direction once again. Ive got holidays to plan and go on, programs to tinker with, a million things still left to work out with my Gentoo linux Install on this compuer...
And a very big project that has suddenly gained great motivational aids. Im going to be programming a lot it seems. Im eligable to enter not one but 2 software development contests running at Sun. The Solaris 10 University Challenge and the Coolthreads Prize for Innovation
One Idea, 2 great prizes, the potential for further great rewards from the free market. I have a lot of reasons to work hard on making this project happen. It still needs a decent name though. Naming something can be such a pain... since i dont feel right about starting it without some idea of what to name it, I like to know what to call my stuff before i spend hours and hours working on it. It also helps with the overall feel of the program usualy.
My Sony Erricsson P900 looks like its having some tough times... Its lasted over a year so far in my hands and its been the best phone ever. But im starting to think it may be expiring from wear, having issues with the touch screen, stuff in the corners and other fidlyness. So im eyeing its potential replacement... the P990. After a week of using my phones touch screen i was hooked, fet so natural and i never wanted to go back, so if i have to get a replacement, well it looks like i may have to pay for a brand new version of my phone, since no other company has a phone like it. the P990 is similar to the P900, but with a numbr of hardware upgrades, few minor tweaks, like the keyboard on the back of the flip and is a full G3 videophone. More power to me lol. But this time ill have to track down screen covers from the start, not search for somethign near the end like i did this time.

So much time... So much i could do... Ah well... I better do something with it then.
